SHIPPING/DELIVERY
"Stock" Items
If your goods are stock items we aim to deliver them within 3 to 5 WORKING DAYS from the date of dispatch (not date of order). Once you have placed your order with us we will email you to let you know when it is with our courier for delivery. You can then expect to receive your order within the stated time scale stated above.
"Made to order" Items
Some of our products are made to order and have to come from our manufacturers in the USA. Consequently, delivery times are a little longer than for "stock" items and therefore you should allow approximately 15 WORKING DAYS from date of order for your item to be delivered. Again, once you have placed your order with us we will email you to let you know when it has shipped. Products that are made to order are clearly marked on their respective pages and are sent via USPS. If your item is out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If this does occur we will contact you first.
Postage & Packing Charges
There is a charge added to each order for postage and packing which is calculated according to the weight/delivery destination of your order. To view the price charged, add the items you require to the basket and select the delivery destination. We can then calculate your postage and add it to your order (before you are asked to proceed to checkout).
