| How do I return my item? |
If for some reason you have to return an item to Rich Bitch Petwear we recommend that you package your item well and get proof of postage, this way you will be able trace your item through the carrier that you have chosen to use. |

| Can I order over the phone? |
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone at the moment but we do accept payments through our secure payments page on our website or through Paypal on our Ebay shop, or you can always send us a cheque. |

| My item is faulty – what do I do? |
If your item arrives faulty please send it back to us and we will replace is as soon as possible.
We recommend that you package your item well and get proof of postage, this way you will be able trace your item through the carrier that you have chosen to use.

| How long will it take for me to receive my order? |
We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient service. Once you have paid for your items we will endeavour to ship your goods the next working day via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as long as your item is in stock. If your item is out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If this does occur we will contact you first. |

| Do you offer refunds? |
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Rich Bitch Petwear we are happy to offer you a full refund if the item is returned to us undamaged within 14 days of purchase. |

| What are your payment methods? |
We use PayPal and Google Checkout which are secure payment systems to process all major credit and debit card transactions. This way you have peace of mind when shopping at richbitchpetwear.com.
Alternatively, you can send a cheque, payable to RS Trading (UK) Limited, along with your order to The Doggie Stylists, 2A Dryden Street, Kettering, Northants. NN16 8EU. Please email us at email@richbitchpetwear.com and we will send you an order form by return email.
Please allow time for your cheque to clear before your item is shipped. |

| I have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for a different size. |
We want you to be satisfied with our products, but if you find that the size you have ordered doesn‘t fit we want to do our best to put it right.
If you are ordering from the UK, please return it to our contact address and obtain proof of postage. Include a short letter stating your contact name, address, telephone number and details of the new size you require.
You will also need to include a cheque or a postal order to cover the cost of posting your exchange by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (see \"What are your postage costs?\" below).
Please note that cheques should be made payable to RS TRADING UK LTD.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you need to return your original item to our contact address and obtain proof of postage.
We will then refund you the cost of your original order less the postage and packing charge.
You should then make a new order for the correct item in the usual way through the Rich Bitch Petwear website. |

| What are your postage costs? |
Our postage and packaging costs vary depending on the weight of your order. If you add to the basket the items you require and then choose the destination your postage costs will be calculated automatically. |

| I am not at home when my item is going to be delivered – what happens? |
The carrier will leave a card informing of the attempted delivery, this card will also include instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders
If any order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence or absence, or the provision of incorrect shipping information we shall attempt to contact you. However, RS Trading (UK) Limited reserve the right to recharge all shipping costs to enable us to resend the order. |

| What are the sizes of your collars? |
Our collars come in a variety of different sizes. You should always measure your dog before ordering a collar. Once you have done this and chosen which design of collar you would like you will need to refer to the sizes at the bottom of the page of your chosen collar. If in doubt go for a larger size. |

| How do I measure my dog? |
We feel it is vital that you measure your dog before placing your order with us.
MEASURING FOR COLLARS
You need to get a fabric measuring tape and measure your dogs neck. To ensure a comfy fit for your pooch add an extra 1 inch to the actual size.
MEASURING FOR CLOTHING
All you need to do is measure the length of your dog from the back of the neck to the base of the tail. Then you will need to measure the chest of your dog - this will be behind the front legs. You must measure all the way round the chest. Once you have done this refer to the sizes available and pick the size you require for your dog.
MEASURING FOR HARNESSES
First check on the particular harness page that you wish to order. Most harnesses should be measured around the chest (behind the front legs). Once you have done this, add two inches for comfort. Some harnesses, however, are measured in the same way as collars (see above). |

All products supplied by Rich Bitch Petwear have been carefully selected and manufactured to a high standard. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods you have the option of changing the product through our returns system or a refund. This does not affect your statuatory rights. |
